The Pezula Nature Retreat Golf Classic is a five-day golf event in Knysna where a shared love of the game brings people together.

Taking place from 23 – 27 September 2026, the Golf Classic combines three days of play at the Pezula Championship Golf Course with evenings, dining and moments that create connections long after the final round.

From competitive formats and over R150,000 in prizes to wellness, time at the retreat and friendships formed along the way, the Golf Classic celebrates everything that makes golf more than just a game.

Welcome - Wednesday

Your Golf Classic begins with a warm welcome to Pezula Nature Retreat. Settle into your suite before joining fellow golfers for the Welcome Spitbraai at Noah's Bar & Lounge, where returning players reconnect and first-time entrants are warmly welcomed.

Tournament Round One - Thursday

The tournament begins with the opening round, played in a Better Ball Stableford format. Afterwards, enjoy refreshments at the Golf Clubhouse before gathering for a Signature Curry Evening and an exclusive Sporting Celebrity Q&A.

Tournament Round Two - Friday

The competition continues with the second round, played in a Better Ball Medal format. Afterwards, enjoy refreshments at the Golf Clubhouse before using your dining credit at the retreat's restaurant or bar, or choosing to dine in Knysna.

Final Round & Prize Giving - Saturday

The final round is played in a Multiple Choice 6-6-6 format before everyone gathers for the Prize Giving Dinner. Celebrate the week's golf over a three-course dinner as this year's winners are announced.
