Pet-Friendly Stays

Some journeys are simply better when your favourite companion comes along.

At Pezula Nature Retreat, selected pet-friendly rooms give you and your four-legged family member the space to relax, unwind and enjoy time together surrounded by nature.

From peaceful walks to quiet moments back at your room, your pet becomes part of your stay, not something left behind.

To ensure every pet receives the right welcome, our pet-friendly rooms are limited and cannot be booked online. Please contact our Travel Support team before booking so we can confirm availability and prepare for your arrival.

Responsible stays

PET POLICY

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that pets remain with their owners and do not roam freely around the retreat.

Pets may not be left unattended on patios, balconies or in outdoor spaces.

When moving through shared areas, pets should be carried, kept in a carrier or remain on a hand-held leash at all times.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste should be securely double-bagged and placed in outdoor bins provided throughout the property.

Pet waste and cat litter may not be disposed of in toilets.

Any damage caused by a pet, or by products used during clean-up, will be charged to the guest account.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets may not display behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe or aggressive. This includes persistent barking, uncontrolled behaviour in shared spaces or causing injury or damage to people, animals or property.

Guests travelling with assistance animals are welcome to keep them in their rooms and may access all common areas in accordance with applicable regulations.

Pets may not remain in rooms unattended unless prior written approval has been granted by Management.
