This role forms part of the Mint Wellness team at Pezula Nature Retreat, within the Village n Life hospitality group.
The Role
As a Beauty Therapist you’ll provide professional nail, waxing, skincare and massage services while maintaining Mint Wellness standards of client care and presentation. You’ll support guest flow, maintain a calm and clean environment and promote treatments and products to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver manicures, pedicures, gel applications, waxing, skincare and massage treatments.
Maintain hygiene and sterilisation of tools, equipment and treatment areas.
Ensure neat and well-kept waxing and nail stations.
Record and update client treatment notes accurately.
Host and room guests, refresh treatment areas and support light housekeeping tasks.
Recommend treatments, packages and home-care products to build client loyalty.
Participate in training and complete self-study in downtime.
Promote Mint Wellness and group services professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Beauty Therapy Certificate or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year’s industry experience.
Skilled in nail care, waxing and skincare basics.
Strong client service and communication skills.
Professional, reliable and organised team player.
Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
